1440 is exactly how many minutes are in a day.

Today is a new day, AKA 24 hours! Let's make something good of today.

"The Best Daughter" got me this ceramic tile (photo below) on a recent business trip to Multiversity in Scott's Valley, California. I keep it close to my computer area and read it each morning. It's a 15-second read yet gives me pause for the rest of the day, and for the other 1399 minutes, I get the chance to fill (and sleep)!
