After all the recordings I made last summer, it seems only a few were edited by yours truly. I've learned the hard way of inadvertently not scheduling a post and submitting a blooper in Chapter 5. I ended up posting before it was edited. If you listened to Christmas Miracles and heard claps, that is the wrong one. I've deleted it and re-submitted the edited version. That one should be released on 9/6, or that is my hope (the RSS feed needs to catch up and update).
I've mentioned that since The Focused Fight audiobook/podcast is now on Spotify and Apple Podcasts, you could go right to those sources and bypass the Substack link. It is all your choice should you want to listen for a spell. Or, I'm adding the chapter each day here in my blog.
As I continue to edit (which means I'm relistening to my words), I am sort of "reliving" some of those feelings; I really can't believe we got through the madness of Childhood Cancer. It was relentless and not forgiving - ever. But it was the community of support that kept us afloat, and I am still grateful for all that love bestowed on us. Oh, and the fine minds of the doctors Ryan had in his orbit through all those years - they are brilliant and continue to shine in their respective fields.
