It's been a minute since everything is done on the outside of the house. It looks great, and we are excited for the facelift and it’s new leaseh on life. Neighbors have hinted on why I/we chose white, the same color as the original. It's because I love the white and black combination (doors/shutters) so much and that I'd probably drive right past it if we chose a different color. I’m not sure if the color we gave serious thought about “herringbone” would have been the best choice for us.
We are also finding that this whole renovation process has a domino effect. Additional attention is needed on the landscaping, an almost broken down fence, and some inside painting after the windows and doors were installed. Yikes!
It will all take a bit more time for this house reaches its full potential once again. The biggie was getting the outside structure (siding, windows, doors, gutters and downspouts)! A huge shout of thanks to J & Hong Construction for his service, professionalism and workmanship, and a job well done!
